Mid-Atlantic Greater Swiss Mountain Dog Club
Building Community. Preserving the Breed. Sharing the Journey.
Our mission is to provide activities, education, training, fun, and fellowship for Greater Swiss Mountain Dogs and their people residing in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, and Delaware.
The Club sponsors many activities throughout the year, providing members with social events, educational seminars, dog training opportunities, and AKC-sanctioned competition events. MAGS also proudly supports the Greater Swiss Mountain Dog Club of America's (GSMDCA) working dog program by encouraging participation in and hosting working dog activities and competitions that celebrate the breed's heritage, versatility, and natural abilities.
MAGS is dedicated to increasing public awareness and understanding of the Greater Swiss Mountain Dog. Throughout the year, the Club participates in community outreach and educational events featuring breed displays that highlight the unique characteristics, history, and purpose of the Greater Swiss Mountain Dog while providing opportunities for the public to meet and learn about the breed.
